I expected Monster's name to be top of the list. Some suggestions for some key team members : Monster, Quaddy, Fuzz, Cookie, Noiz and Intel I'll be with you in spirit if not in body. My ping makes it (almost) unplayable over on that side of the pond. Good luck though Kind regards Monty

I don't tend to wander far outside the Technical thread these days and so apologies as I'd only just noticed this. I'd just like to wish D a (belated?) very happy birthday and many, many happy returns. I hope you have a wonderful day D and get all that you had hoped for.
Kind regards
Monty

Why is that such a big threat? I'snt there a backup plan? In all properly run IT departments, despite all the protection you may put around your network, the IT Management Team will certainly have ample contingency plans in place but even with the best plans there will be some sort of impact and therefore cost to your business in dealing with this. Kind regards Monty

That was possibly an 80286 running win 3.10. Something we could only dream of in the early days

My god, as it feels as though I was around at the start of time, this is one subject in which I could probably own!
However, I'm not even going to enter in to this peeing competition as you would only point and giggle (openly) and wonder how the hell he used something with a fraction of the power of a digital watch .
Kind regards

One of the most notable on the european scene was 'verbal' who if left alone and things went his way was generally talented but unoffensive. However if the situation was not so favourable, and verbal felt so agreived, there was often a tirade the like of which I have yet see on a US server. However, and before I say this let me explain that I am a friend of this gentleman as 'aitch' was/is a generally nice chap. bit I would suggest that a candidate for the european title should go to Sir Henry who, * only* if provoked, could reduce an irish navi to a blubbering wreck with consumate style ) Maybe it loses a little in translation but I have demos of his intereaction with some of the 'characters' of quake. kind regards Monty
