I've been working on my latest story, Visitors, for a while now. Don't know if you guys have been keeping up with the new parts I've added. I've been posting the latest sections on net-tyme.com. Heh, Pita's getting annoyed because of all the cliffhangers I have in my stories. Anyway, the link is www.geocities.com/quadraptor/quakevstory.htmlAnd for the main page, it's www.geocities.com/quadraptor/quakestory.htmlBy the way, I added a poll under my guestbook for anyone that wants to vote in it.

I have a problem with reading long stories or books off the computer. It bugs me. I'd rather have a printout of it or a book of it. I dunno how people can stand to read e-books.

Don't worry - "Visitors" is a shortstory.
"The Summoning" is long, though.

EBooks are great.. Just HotSync and move on..I can change the font for easy reading or get the entire page on one screen. I can read with a PDA,LapTop, or on my PC. I can change the brightness, color etc. This IS the future.. Expect our grandkids to have all school books online or within some type of PDA.. No more lugging 50+lb backpacks, charging rediculus amounts for used books and the constant "Were changing our curriculum". !! The rest of it will be pretty scary as we enter a paperless society which won't be entirely paperles as legal documents still required authentification Thank God!! But then... all that paperwork will be scanned for lack of retention room. Oy.. I'm all for the future but I can say.. I want my fricken Fuel card to have a pin number.. I want my debit/credit to "always" require a pin number regardless if I'm responsible or not.

We don't need to know about how you steam up your PC monitor reading your sleazy romance novels with Fabio on the cover.
