Step by step.
1.) Uninstall Scitech.
2.) uninstall Nvida drivers.
3.)Shut system down completely for a minute.
4.) Reinstall LATEST Nvidia drivers. Reboot.
5.) Make sure you downloaded the correct driver build for your card. Install SciTech driver.
6.) Shut system down completely for a minute.
If that doesn't work then we'll yell at SciTech until they hear us. Here's the Email: Support@Scitechsoft.com
Is there anything thats not stock about your card? Is it overclocked etc?

I do have latest nvidia drivers, 91.33. I think I'll stay with that. I'll be moving to ATi as of christmas though... Anything that's not stock? Well we put a new fan in cause the old one was blowing up and I overclocked it 366/686, stock 325/650.

So it is overclocked huh? That's probably why. I'll let them know when they respond back.

They will. If I can I'll link them to this thread. They can see what's going on themselves.

They responded. They said they don't have technical support for the Free Personal Edition builds.

I asked them how much does being a registered user cost. They said they don't do that anymore or something.

Disable any DirectStereo. I'm browsing through their newsgroup. Keep seeing references to problems and incompatibilities with different Nvidia cards because DirectStereo is no longer support in the Direct drivers and it causes conflict with Scitech. I'm not sure where or what directstereo is. If it's a function of the card itself, or the particular game you're playing, go in and disable it, wherever and whatever it is. It causes problems.

We need someone with a newer ATI board to try this out. These guys supposedly specialize in ATI graphics chipsets.
