Sporadically, between the times of 5-10pm our internet connection starts going to shit and Comcast wants to send techs out when we are usually at work. Makes a lotta sense. It's not even the time when the trouble is happening.
The genius techs over the phone state 'we're experiencing packet loss'. Duh.
To make that statement D' friendly, it's a fancy way of saying our internet connection is crapping out.
One time my roommate didn't pay the Comcast bill and we experienced extensive 'packet loss'.
