Phenom and I just negotiated the rules for the next TU-SNS clan match. Here they are:
1. Match will be on Wednesday, February 21 at 9:30 pm Central, 10:30 pm Eastern. 2. It will be Clan Arena (CA), best of 5 matches. A match is the best of 9 rounds. 3. Server will be rage.quakeone.com:26001. Frenzy will be admining, having proven himself fair in the past. Note this requires Frenzy's approval of the date and time. 4. We will aim for a 3v3. If more people show up for each clan, it will be a 4v4. If fewer people show up, we will either make it a 2v2 or accept up to 1 sub (subject to agreement by both clans). I can guarantee that all TU who show up will play at least one match. 5. The clan leaders will decide in the match who will play; there will be no announcement beforehand of who is playing. There will be no switching players midway through a match, only in between each of the 5 matches. If a player disconnects, the admin will decide what to do. 6. SNS chooses the map for matches 1 and 4. Phenom chose Sanity and DM3. TU chooses the map for matches 2 and 3. I chose DM3 and Edge. Tie breaker will be DM3. Therefore, as it now stands, the order of maps will be: Sanity, DM3, Edge, DM3, DM3. The map choices are subject to change up till the end of Sunday; choices are not subject to the other clan's agreement. 7. What snipes has coined "The STFU rule": to avoid confusion, no unneccesary talking both before the first match starts, and in between matches. The only people who should be talking much during these times are the leaders (SNS: Phenom and Mr. Green/Baker; TU: Fuzznut and Spooker) and the admin (Frenzy). Other people may talk but only constructively. Breakers of the STFU rule will be muted, subject to the admin's discretion. 8. We will hope to have 1-2 independent observers. Otherwise, non-clan observers will be booted so they won't slow down the server. 9. Either clan may end the match inconclusively at any time, with a good reason. This will not result in gloating by the opposing clan. 10. Only those listed on the TU roster on the TU forums (http://totallyuseless.proboards61.com/index.cgi?board=tumembers&action=display&thread=1164650536&page=1) as of Thursday, February 15 may play for TU. Only those listed on the SNS roster (http://sns.evilpsp.com/) as of Thursday, February 15 can play for SNS. If either clan is later discovered to have put in a player not on the roster without saying he is a sub, they forfeit the match. 11. Any of the rules may be changed by agreement of a leader from each clan up till the end of Sunday. 12. I hereby acknowledge being a complete tool for being so precise and legalistic about this. Well, I just don't want bickering.
PS: The rules (and map choices!!) are subject to debate up till Sunday, so, please, any comments are welcome. Except from Canadian*Sniper.

hehe. dopa, seriously, the way i get all my games (with a few exceptions) is through bittorrents en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bittorrenthow it works is first you need to download a bittorrent program. Azureus is the best. Then you need to go to a bittorrent tracking site and download a tiny file which will direct Azureus where to fetch the file from. Then you open Azureus and it spends up to several days downloading the file, or however long it takes. You can pause transfers and continue them later. The best bittorrent tracking website is www.isohunt.com. Another good one is www.torrentspy.comenjoy
